Returns and Exchanges

At SHOF, LLC. our goal is your complete satisfaction. You may return any new item for any reason within 30 days for a refund or a store credit. The item must be in the original, unopened package, to be accepted back for a refund or a store credit.

If apparel, the item cannot be worn or washed. A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item. Another item cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.

How to Return an Item

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will issue a Return Authorization. If the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or an exchange.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. We recommend using carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM SUPERMANHALLOFHEROES.COM CAN BE RETURNED TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS BELOW. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY WARNER BROS. MERCHANDISE (INCLUDING BLU-RAY DISCS and DVDS) PURCHASED AT ANY OTHER RETAILERS.
